i hate to repeat myself , but I will do it beacuse it seems you are only 15.
the domain was pointed to the suspended ips.
i pointed it to one of the ips i bought from you because you said only tracked ips get suspended.
I did that so I can update my bots with a new bin.
and you suspended all my network ,and i lost everything.
have you even worked with spyeye before , do you know how it works?

Now , I want my money back and backup.
thats all i am asking , I am not asking u anything else.
