2. I purchased a hotel and car rental from zbox. The hotel reservation got cancelled and the car rental was ok. I payed a total of 270$ for both, but the hotel never went through. I told him it was ok and that the rest of the $ he didn't have to refund as I would probably use him again. I didn't use him again for a while. After that I tried to talk to him every once in a while and never got a reply. Finally I asked for a refund for the remaining $ but he says it has been too long and that I am not owed anything. It was not my fault that he never replied back untill I finally PM'd him on c.pro. Total amount owed is 133$. Can also post logs of me saying "Hi, hello, etc" and never getting a reply. Just asking for what is mine.
