We made a deal that i will buy some stuff from his ebay items and my cut will be 70%. I only managed to buy $250 and not $1200 as I usually do because his paypal isn't usa one and i told him that am not sure it will work for non usa ones. At the end only bought from him 1 item and asked him to pay my cut for this $250 that I did. He said he will pay me but then accused me that because of me his ebay got blocked. Then he blocked me and dissapeared. I never received my money.
