We agreed to pay him 125$ for a certain account , that it should be delivered within 10-15 minutes,but I receive nothing from him.The guy is still active both forum and jabber and ignoring me.

conclusions : I paid upfront for something that I should receive in 5 minutes , and did not receive it till today (4 days passed) .I saw the guy online but he is ignoring me.

I apologize for the fact that I jumped to the wrong conclusions , and I said that admins here are supporting rippers ,fact that is NOT true!

To be honest , I received all their help in order to get things fixed.

Thanks once again admin for your time and support and for helping me solve this problem!

In fact i was dumb because i did not used forum escrow!
