Firstly, the goal of posting this message is to solve the problem politely without any insults. Doozer offered me full service needed for $2400. The service is supposted to consist of three steps:
1. Getting the balance of particular X amount - if amount depends on accession of the provision, let me know.
2. Using someone as drop and sending the X amount to him/her.
3. The said X amount is then supposted to be in partial amounts (3 or 4 parts) sent to the bank account of my own choice. I provided to him all details there were tripple checked by me instantly after payment.
He knows what I had to go through to collect the funds for his service. Told him that several lives depend on this because amount of funds is (/are - few partial amounts in few transactions) supposted to be sent to the team for a service (their service) as their primary source of income. He also knows that few people could be fired and they also have families. Its not just about $2400, its about human lives also.
He, Doozer, told me entire service (all amounts sent to the bank account of my own choice) will be finished in around 3 days. That time hasn't passed yet BUT he promised me first transaction from his drop will be done within the same day and that I will get details about transaction also within the same day. However nothing happened. He promised me entire ( ! ) service for the price $2400 and guaranteed me everything is already discussed with the drop. But all I got from Doozer on Friday 21th December were two words shown in screenshot below.
When I started sending messages via icq on 21th December all of them failed to be sent - those errors occured on icq. It could have been problem with icq's server. So due to urgency I was forced to update icq just in case if problem was here. After updating errors fortunately disappeared but still no reply from Doozer. Because of update I remained with icq *.qdb file and uploaded it only for the person who is going to look at the issue (admin):

After I get request for rar password and after I get permission to provide it in Private Message I will do so.
Doozer, if you are reading this: I have always been cool with you and hopefully same will be in the future but I would like to ask you to explain as soon as possible, but preferable instantly, whats going on because team (bank account owner to who transactions [3 or 4] are supposted to be done) employers are worried to death for their jobs and so I am.
